At FIONAR FOODS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is packed with care and delivered in the best possible condition.
Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except in the following situations:
The product is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product is received in a spoiled or unusable condition.
Refund & Replacement
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement of the product, or
A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery.
Taste or personal preference.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Products opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
